ARIS ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE FOR CONTINUING STUDENTS
(Arts and Sciences, Commerce, Education, Engineering, and Nursing)
1. Secure Registration From from the academic department before the
enrollment schedule.
__1.1 DHM students should settle IHST, HMIA, AQF fees before securing
the Registration Form
2. Proceed to teller counter and pay the downpayment and have the
Registration From signed by the teller.
Php 2,000 for local students
Php 5,500 for international students
__2.1 Students with privileges (e.g., academic scholars, working
scholars, athletes, choristers, band waivers, etc.) shall submit the
privilege forms duly endorsed by the Head for activation of accounts to
the assessment clerk.
__2.2 Students who paid through the USC accredited banks (BPI, RCBC
Savings, ASPAC, and PNB) shall submit the validated bank deposit slip to
the teller and have the Registration Form signed.
3. Proceed to the department for advising and encoding of subjects.
__3.1 Arts & Sciences and Engineering students shall proceed to the
Bunzel Building lobby for the one-stop shop enrollment.
__3.2 Nursing, Commerce, and Education students shall proceed to their
respective departments for enrollment.
4. Secure validated assessment slip at the assessment counter to
complete the enrollment.
