Carolinian's! Karatedo, WuShu, Taiqi, etc...
Any Carolinian who practices WuShu, Karatedo, Taiqiquan, Xingyiquan or external and internal martial arts in The University of San Carlos?
If you are a Carolinian and you practice an external or internal martial art or both, post your martial art here, your course and state if you are currently studying in USC! It would be nice to know fellow martial artists(whether external or internal martial artist) who are also Carolinians. It would also be nice if we have an org here in USC that would unite all martial artists in our school who practice their skills so we can exchange thoughts and promote Martial Arts as a sport and for well being for the Carolinian!
I'm an AB POLITICAL SCIENCE student
currently studying in USC -Main
practicing XINGYIQUAN "soft-hard style"(one of the publicized chinese internal martial arts e.g. Taijiquan)
How about you?

ganahan ko magkat-on ug vale tudo or mixed martial arts. kbaw mo asa mkakat-on ug vale tudo?
Re: Carolinian's! Karatedo, WuShu, Taiqi, etc...
ok na ang mixed martial arts.
pero i recommend mastering an established Martial Art first before desecrating it then training in mixed martial arts. Try Wu Shu, Tai Chi or Aikido.
i doubt it greatly if naay mo train anang Vale Tudo dani kay kasagaran puro man Japanese, Filipino o Chinese Martial Art ang naa dinhi Cebu.

mao bah. what if wala jud ko background sa any martial arts. ok ra ko mu-join ana sa wushu ug tai chi? or kailangan pa ko mag yoga or something.
Re: Carolinian's! Karatedo, WuShu, Taiqi, etc...
Upon undergoing training sa Wu Shu tudluan man ka ug mga stretching or warm up para dili ma kuratan imong lawas..
Pag mag training ka sa Wu Shu, mo strengthen imong muscular strength since external martial arts man siya...mo improve imong health.
